Electrochemical cells need an annual check.

These cells react with the gas they measure. Their response gradually changes as the chemistry is used, and heat, moisture, contamination or long storage can make a cell drift or stop responding.

Where do I check an existing order?

Sign in to the customer portal using the credentials provided by QRM. Your quote or sales order reference is the fastest way to find it.

What happens before the work begins?

QRM receives and checks the instrument, records the requested work, evaluates serviceability and emails a quote for approval before chargeable work proceeds.
