Redesigned testo 320 & testo 330

Back in production support at QRM: model-specific service, calibration and sensor care for the current Testo combustion analyzer platform.

QRM service spotlight

New workflow. Known service path.

The redesigned testo 320 and testo 330 bring large touchscreens, guided measurement workflows and connected reporting to everyday combustion work. QRM can help identify the exact variant, sensor configuration and service required before a quote is prepared.

Standard flue gas analyzer

testo 320

The current testo 320 is designed for standard commissioning, service and maintenance with integrated O₂ and CO sensors, a large touchscreen, guided workflows and Testo Smart App support.

  • Confirm the full product number and regional edition.
  • Record the fitted sensor configuration and probe.
  • Plan calibration and cell checks around your measurement risk.

Advanced flue gas analyzer

testo 330

The current testo 330 is built for commissioning, service and diagnostics with guided workflows, automatic zeroing, connected data and variant-specific O₂, CO/H₂ and NO configurations.

  • Confirm whether the instrument is the O₂/CO, CO/H₂ or NO variant.
  • Check the active dilution and probe arrangement in the manual.
  • Do not substitute a 330 variant’s limits or procedures for another.

Sensor care explained

Why electrochemical cells need annual calibration

Electrochemical cells react with the target gas, such as O₂ or CO, and that reaction changes the electrical signal the analyzer uses to calculate concentration. The chemistry is useful because it is selective, but the cell is consumable: time, gas exposure and contamination gradually reduce its available response.

Calibration and service do not make a depleted cell new. They compare the instrument with reference conditions, identify drift or slow response, check the sample path and document the result. When a cell no longer responds within the required limits, it must be replaced and the instrument checked again.

Before you send it

  1. Read the exact model and product number from the nameplate.
  2. Record the sensor channels, serial number, error message and when the symptom appears.
  3. Include the probe, hose, filter, charger and accessories involved in the fault.
  4. Use the service form and keep the submission reference with the instrument.

What QRM checks

  1. Model, variant and sensor configuration.
  2. Zeroing, response and calibration status as applicable.
  3. Probe, filter, condensate and sample-path condition.
  4. Repair, sensor replacement and calibration options for the quoted work.
